The DG Series is a closed loop step motor and rotary actuator featuring a hollow output table that allows large-inertia discs and arms to be installed directly. The range of applications has widened with the addition of models with a frame size of 200 mm (7.87 in.) and permissible torque of 50 Nm (440 lb-in).

High Output, High Rigidity: The hollow output table is integrated with a high rigidity cross-roller bearing* (*Except for DG60).  This structure improves permissible thrust load and moment load while maintaining high torque.  The output table uses deep-groove ball bearings (two pieces) for the 60 mm (2.36 in.) frame size type, and a cross-roller bearing for the 85 mm (3.35 in.), 130 mm (5.12 in.) and 200 mm (7.87 in.) frame size types. As the frame size increases, the permissible moment load also increases but the displacement caused by the moment load decreases.

High Accuracy Positioning Without Backlash: Repetitive positioning accuracy: 15 sec & Lost Motion of 2 min

Large-Diameter, Hollow Output Table: A hollow hole (through hole) of sufficiently large diameter helps reduce the complexity of wiring and piping, thus further simplifying your equipment design.
